Maybe it isn't so bad after all.

Optimism...
Last week the weather was decent, not warm by any stretch of the imagination, but pleasant enough for crocuses to bloom and for the kids to play outside. So.... I get a bit eager, planning the layout of our soon to be garden boxes, folding and storing all our winter gear. Saying goodbye to the snow pants, boots, mittens and scarves, down to the basement they went, good riddance, I thought.

No fun. I had my kids in shorts then there was a snow storm. Lame.
