Washoku Warriors February Challenge
So the challenge this month snuck up on me (OK, so that's nothing new) I was in a bit of a panic though because we were in the middle of a raging winter storm. How was I going to get to the Japanese market in the middle of a blizzard? I was thinking I would have to sit this one out when I flipped to page 264 and found that I had every single ingredient I needed! BONUS!! I was so happy to make these fun soy glazed beef burgers. When Tadd walked in the door and saw my Washoku cookbook open on the counter, he said "YES!! I LOVE WASHOKU WARRIOR NIGHT!!" The recipe for teriyaki baaga is very similar to a meatball/meatloaf recipe. The fun part is at the end when the burgers are done, you pour a delicious teriyaki sauce in the pan and flip the burgers to coat them with the sauce.

I thought that was Harrison. Henry looks like a minature Harrison. Looks delicious, you should email me that recipe. Paul and I loved the Asain Pork Ribs. Thanks for all the yummy recipes.
Looks good.... recipe to follow ( I hope)
Looks delicious. I wish I could get my kids to eat like that.
Ok, that picture of Henry is priceless! I'm so glad you guys are enjoying the food from Washoku. :)
Yummy-looking bugers.
Some of my co-workers,who have kids, might be jealous that there are 4(?)-year olds who dig into a pile of broccoli on their own accord. :)
