Bargain find

A few weeks ago I was at Sams club and came across a gingerbread house kit that was marked down to $2. My kids absolutely loved decorating the gingerbread house for Christmas, and I thought they would like to decorate a Valentine's Day house too.
I squeaked 3 separate activities out of this $2 house. One day I had the kids pick all the green candy out of the kit, so only the red and white remained, another day we glued the house together, then the third day we decorated it. We added a few valentines day candies to the remaining red and white christmas candy, and VOILA....

Cheap thrills at our house.... brilliant I tell you.
