Whole wheat crepes

For family night this week I gave in to Harrison's favorite dessert request: "Flat creme sandwiches" translation = crepes with cream, strawberries and nutella. Tadd is a wicked good crepe maker, they come out thin and delicious every time. So he's the designated crepe master of the family.

Ok Ok, I know this isn't Nutella, but I was feeling guilty about the hydrogenated oil in Nutella, so I decided to try another brand. For the love of all that is holy, DON'T make the same mistake, heed my warning and just buy the regular Nutella. Even I have standards, people...

I know these picture are not great (artistically speaking) but it was a fun evening and I wanted to blog about it. Someday I'll learn how to use the settings on my camera, or (gasp) maybe even get photoshop. Santa, are you listening?

Harrison insists on making his own crepe, he's doing a pretty good job, no?

The eating part? Well, let's just say when you put a full cup of cream in any crepe it's not going to be pretty going down.

Here's the crepe master himself, I'm torturing him by making him pose in front of his crepe, "don't eat it yet honey, I just need to change a camera setting." He's such a patient guy.
