What's for dinner....

Yesterday was hot. Really hot. Ok, Ok, all you fans from the southwest, not THAT hot, but still, hot to me. I told my girlfriend Julia that I would bring her dinner, as she just got home from the hospital with her darling baby boy, born Tuesday. My dilemma was, what to make in late August when vegetables are plentiful and it's still months away from "soup" season? You guessed it my friends. The old standby, Thai Chicken Salad.

Yum

Yum

Double Yum.

Maya affectionately calls it "long cold noodles" and frequently requests it for dinner, it's spicy, cool, tangy and delicious. Email me if you want the recipe.
